Bucko Labs LLC is not a broker, not a registered investment adviser (RIA), not a fiduciary, not a commodity trading advisor (CTA), and not your advisor. Every briefing, signal, trade idea, AI response, automated order, chart read, and piece of content is provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only.
Bucko operates an ecosystem of tools designed to help users understand how markets move, study trading mechanics, and build their own judgment over time. Our goal is to help you grow out of depending on us.
A meaningful share of what we build is also for entertainment (the pixel-art station, Monko the monkey trader, the roast banner, quests, the Hall of Records, easter eggs). Fun is part of the point. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
The Bucko ecosystem is not designed, intended, or marketed as a service for managing real money on your behalf. We do not custody your funds, we do not accept discretionary authority, and we do not guarantee any outcome.
If you choose to connect a real brokerage or prop-firm account and enable automated features (including Monko), you do so as an informed user directing a piece of software. You remain the sole decision-maker on whether, when, and how any real funds are deployed.
By using any part of the Bucko ecosystem — including but not limited to Bucko Alpha Agent, Bucko Labs, Bucko's Jungle, the Bucko Indicator, the Bucko Oracle, the Alpha Agent play generator, the AI agents (Scout, Warden, Coach, Oracle, the Guide, Herald), and Monko the autonomous trading tool — you acknowledge and agree that:
Monko, guardrails, trailing stops, daily loss caps, the kill switch, consistency-rule helpers, and macro-window blocks are convenience features, not guarantees.
Markets gap, APIs fail, tokens expire, brokers go offline, the internet has bad days, fills slip, orders reject, and prop-firm rules change. Any of these can and will produce outcomes the automation did not prevent. You are the final line of defense, not the bot.
Every time you enter the Monko executive suite you must re-acknowledge that you understand this. That acknowledgment reaffirms the terms of this disclaimer.
Bucko operates as a non-custodial software platform. We do not receive, hold, transmit, custody, or manage customer funds or securities — whether traditional assets, options, futures, forex, or cryptocurrency. Any order routed through a Bucko surface (including Monko, the Alpha Agent, or any signal relay) is sent to a third-party broker, prop firm, or exchange that you selected and authorized, via their published APIs. That third party — not Bucko — holds your funds, executes your orders, and is responsible for clearing, settlement, custody, and margin.
Registration requirements imposed by regulatory entities such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) typically apply to entities that hold or transmit customer funds, or that provide personalized investment advice for compensation. Bucko does none of those things. We provide educational software, analysis tools, and automation you direct — not advisory, brokerage, custody, money-transmission, or commodity-pool services.
We periodically review our operations to confirm ongoing compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Nothing in this disclaimer should be read as a representation that Bucko is a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, money transmitter, or financial institution. It is none of those things.
Your agreement with any broker or prop firm (Tradovate, AlphaFutures, Apex, Lucid, Traidify, or any other) is governed by their terms. Bucko is not a party to that agreement. If Monko, or you, or a signal produces an outcome that violates a consistency rule, daily loss cap, or any other prop-firm policy, the consequence (including account disqualification) is between you and the firm. We do not reimburse fees, funding, evaluation costs, or lost profits.
We make no representation or warranty that any Bucko tool — manual, AI, or automated — will be profitable, accurate, available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Past performance of the Bucko Indicator, Monko, any AI agent, any strategy, or any individual user is not indicative of future results. Backtests and simulated results carry their own limitations and cannot replicate real slippage, latency, liquidity, or execution.
Every signal, briefing, grade, play idea, chart read, macro take, behavioral read, roast, or automated decision produced inside Bucko — whether from the Bucko Indicator, Monko, Scout, Warden, Coach, Oracle, Herald, the Guide, or any other agent or model — is generated by software for educational and entertainment purposes. None of it is:
AI output can be wrong, stale, hallucinated, biased, or incomplete, and is based in part on third-party models and data feeds that Bucko does not control. Always independently verify anything you see in the App — prices, signals, Greeks, strike-selection math, macro claims, news summaries, execution reports — before acting on it with real capital.
The Bucko platform and all of its features, agents, indicators, signals, briefings, automations, data, and content are provided "as-is" and "as-available", with all faults and without any warranty of any kind — whether express, implied, statutory, or arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bucko Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, data integrity, and non-infringement. No oral or written information or advice given by Bucko, its employees, contractors, agents, or AI personas creates any warranty not expressly stated in our Terms of Service.
Any testimonials, reviews, quotes, screenshots, leaderboard entries, Hall of Records placements, community posts, or performance examples appearing on our website, the App, or our marketing materials may not be representative of the experience of other clients or users, and are not a guarantee or predictor of future performance or success.
Individual results depend on many factors, including skill, experience, discipline, capital, broker execution, latency, market conditions, and luck. Most traders lose money. Claims of profitability — whether ours, a featured user's, or a third party's — should be treated as anecdotal and verified independently before any decision to trade.

Every feature we ship is designed to make you a better, more informed, more self-reliant trader. Treat Bucko as training wheels, not a lifelong crutch. Study the signals, learn the reasoning, question every AI output, and, when you outgrow our tools, go.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Bucko, these disclaimers, the Terms of Service, or your use of the App (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a reputable arbitration provider in the State of California, USA, in accordance with that provider's then-current rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Bucko each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring, join, or participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. Disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only. If this class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be severed and Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, to whose jurisdiction you consent.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality.
Bucko is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, fire, flood, power or internet outage, third-party data-feed interruption (Polygon, Alpaca, Kalshi, Polymarket, OpenRouter, Google, and others), broker or exchange downtime, prop-firm system failure, OAuth token expiration or revocation, cloud-provider incident, or cyberattack. In any such event you remain responsible for your positions and account.
We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
